  • Wow this was the worst experience I've ever had. I was 15 min early to my appointment and they said I needed to be 30min early to my appointment so they kicked me out of the appointment! They wouldn't honor their appointment time even though I was 15 min early!!!!! Who does this?? What a shame I didn't pay attention to the poor reviews this practice has posted, had I seen them before I might have not wasted my time trying to give them my business. Now I will have to see if they charged my HRA for the visit I never had. If they did I will be filing an Insurance FRAUD claim. They really screwed up here so be warned they may do the same to you...
