  • I like the 10 Spot. I have been waxed here and also had a facial. The waxing is standard and good, but expensive. The technicians were always professional and nice and I had no issues with them. The facial was... okay. I like the premise of it being a facial bar and "anti-spa". The array of things she did to my face were great (pre-cleanse, cleanse, extraction, mask, etc) BUT I was terribly broken out from it. I have probably 4-5 facials a year and I have never broken out so badly after a facial. I don't know if this was the products they used (dermalogica and skinceuticals, I believe). I think the tech was a bit too aggressive with the extractions, she was pretty rough so I have a feeling that was the issue. I would go back for a facial since the price is right, but would not see her again. Like most spas/salons, it can be hit or miss depending on who is performing the service. I have never had a nail service there, I would like to try it to see if they are good, but the prices is so high and the reviews do seem mixed so will wait and see.
