  • I got nail tips and the dip powder for the first time while traveling in Florida and loved them. I came here to get them filled and I am so disappointed I'm actually soaking them off the same day I got them done. The "fill" is lumpy and weird and on some of my nails I can still see a line. My cuticles look dry and sloppy. My nails look overall super thick and fake-looking. The rounded edge is different on each nail; some have a flat side or are more pointy, some look like a rounded glob on the end. I also felt like the place was dirty, she didn't even put a towel down on her station under my hands. I should have trusted my gut and walked out but this place had good reviews so I stayed. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nail tech was very nice and polite and seemed to be trying hard, but obviously wasn't very well trained. My full set is completely ruined, and I definitely won't waste my time or money here again.
