  • My bill was $140 a month for cable, phone and internet. The first bill I get once spectrum took over, my bill jumped to $200. SCAM, CROOKS!!!! Their equipment always cuts out and I have to wait 20 minutes for it to reboot? BS. I'm done with twc/spectrum. I called about my bill going up and got passed off 3 times to different people. They said there is nothing they can do, that's what my bill is going to be from now on. Really? Guess what....bye bye twc/spectrum. You're not getting another penny from me. I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know how to use all the streaming services out there to never need cable again!
