  • I'm so torn... I've had really great and really not-so-great services here... The first 2 Gel Mani & Pedis were great. They are open late and accommodating. The last pedi I got... the entire nail wasn't even covered and I was super rushed. My friend also got a gel mani this day and they were very uneven and she was unhappy. The last gel mani I got is why I won't go back....I think the guy was new. Which I'm sorry for a bad review, but maybe he needs more teaching first. I showed him a gray gel with silver glitter ombre. He walked away with my phone (the pic of what I wanted)... even though I had given him the 2 colors I wanted. He was gone for a few min and then came back without my phone. I asked for it and he didn't understand. A few min later a lady brings it back with the polish. All is well. The gel mani took just under 2 hours. No exaggeration. They couldn't do the simple glitter design. He clumped on the hard gel glitter I tried to ask him to spread it down and showed the pic.. he didn't get it. The girl next to me nicely tried as well. They guy was SO nice that I said just do solid gray. A lady came over and raised her voice telling me she didn't have the type of glitter in the pic. I said the glitter he was using was fine. She made me feel like he was in trouble so I kept saying just leave it plain gray. She said to come to her station and she would do it ( after telling me it was my glitter choice...) the girl next to me lipped OMG... and said she wouldn't tip. Well, I disagree and still tipped the guy more than 20%. I had originally asked for a pedi too. I was so uncomfortable I said I changed my mind. Good thing... it has been a week.. my nails are SO uneven and 4 have chipped/broken and others have the gel literally lifting off. I've never had this happen here. Last time it lasted like 3 weeks. :( Needless to say... the guy was so kind, but the supervisor was so harsh and seemed like it was inconvenience for her to fix it and now they are totally trashed. I'm willing to pay more and, wait, and even have an appointment take a long time if they look good. Perks: open late, lots of color selections Cons: rushed, seems like specific techs are way better than others, overall demeanor, higher prices
