  • I haven't been to the store, so this review is based on a birthday party I had through them. Originally I contacted someone named Kim a few times via email, which seemed a bit difficult to get a hold of someone that way. Once I had gotten a hold of Kim I was able to speak to the person who does the birthday parties (I can't remember his name!) and he was helpful. We were able to get the date we wanted, the special lizard my son wanted, and they brought all of the reptiles to the house we were having the party at. For the price, we got one hour worth of demonstration and he, in fact, went over the hour answering questions and talking with us. All in all he was very knowledgeable and the party was a hit. Even if some of the kids were scared of some of the reptiles, it kept them all interested and quiet, which is unheard of in a room full of teenage boys! :) Great job, I recommend their birthday parties for sure.
