  • this is one of my favorite mexican restaurants. i've been here many times and i've never had to wait to be seated. the service is always good and very friendly. they give you complimentary chips and salsa and hot bean dip. coyotes has been in town forever and its not a fancy place... it's low key and delicious. i've tried many dishes there and everything is great... my favorite dish there is the chicken tortilla soup... it has just the right amount of spice and flavor and the tortillas are not mush, it's just perfect! must try!!!
