  • Although the food is good. They're continually unable to fulfill items on their menu!!! If you want a red velvet cupcake you have to place your order then go beg for someone to hold it for you and when that's not enough I assume a bribe of some sort is your next option. Please don't be surprised when the incompetent staff blames you for not having what's on the menu???!!!! Are you F. Serious!!!!!!!!!!! As customers when you paid 45 minutes ago for something and when you show up they don't have it, but since you placed your order online your stuck paying $4 p/item they don't have???!!! B.S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go screw with your HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO PRODUCT AND AN ADDITTUDE THAT IT'S THE CUSTOMERS FAULT FOR NOT BEING ON TOP OF THE ORDER???!!! WHEN I GET PAID TO DO SO I WILL!!
