First and last time here for a simple pedicure. New to this neighborhood. Waited for 20 minutes. I had an appointment. Very disappointed. Actually had to argue about the fact that the bottom of my feet were not touched, at all. No scrubbing or foot massage. They went from my nails right to my leg massage-granted that part was good. My feet are very ticklish and I know when somebody is massaging them or scrubbing my heals. I was too far back on my chair for them to reach my heals without needing to slide the chair forward again (my legs are very long) so ya, I know. I'm always asked to slide my chair forward when it comes time to scrub my heals. I pointed this out to the manager who said, "she said she scrubbed your feet." I told him no, she did not. They're still dirty. He said it's because I have calluses. (buzzer sound)... Wrong Answer! Where is the pumas stone she used? Or any cleaning utensil? There wasn't one! Regardless of whether I have any calluses on my heals or not, she did not scrub my feet or my toes or massage them which is the entire point of getting a pedicure, is it not? It wasn't worth the argument so I paid my bill, left a modest tip, came home with dirty feet... and scrubbed them myself. next time around I will go back to my old neighborhood and visit Fancy Nails on Tatum and Greenway!
