  • Ron is the consummate professional. I reached out to him after two other pool companies failed to deliver adequate services, but still charged me full price, even though my pool was still green and the pump not working. Ron's mission from the onset, was to deliver high quality customer service. He worked around my busy schedule and communicated with me every step of the way. Ron did not look for opportunities to charge me extra. In fact, the opposite was true. He consolidated his time and effort to ensure he could give me the most reasonable price for getting my pool back into tip top shape. He didn't even send me a bill until several days later to ensure I was happy. The icing on the cake was his prices. I could not believe how reasonable they were.
