  • Very Horrible Company to deal with. I received 2 calls for solicitation, a text that I clearly stated to STOP then another call about an "Inquiry" on a 2015 Camry (after owning a 2005 Camry 6 years ago and it was the worst car I have ever owned I knew something was not right!) . Mind you that the sales person Cleary seen that I was calling from the number that was attached to my MAIDEN name that they were asking for. The "Inquiry" came from an email that I have never had in my maiden name and I have been married for 3 years. When I asked them to provide me with the information on the inquiry such as address they denied me the information. After speaking with a Supervisor I then made the request again and was denied. I then offered to bring in documentation such as my old ID with my Maiden name and Marriage Certificate with the Police to have the information released to me. The supervisor stated that they still would not release the information to me without a "Search Warrant". After contacting AOL and getting information from them on an email that was linked to my phone number, name and Date of Birth I was able to deactivate and flag the account (which was never my account I use other servers and never use my name for email address) and have contacted the company "Trilogy" based out of Texas that provides leads for sales to car companies, insurances and many of the thousand soliciting companies and made a complaint. So if you are in the business for your information to be accessible by others to offer you sales but unwilling to release information that is by all means YOUR IDENITY even after offering documentation which if that is their ways then remember to read all the hidden disclosures and be ready for the games to begin then by all means this would be the right place to go. Please do your research there are many reputable car companies that can offer you something that safe just not on the road but with your identity as well. Safety First !!!
