| - I'm torn between 2 and 3 stars. I wasn't impressed but I wasn't really disappointed. It's closer to A OK, but I've definitely had better. Everything was just alright. It tries hard but falls short. They do offer complimentary garlic bread and an antipasto plate. The cheese on the plate was not good at all. The olives were eh, and the canned roasted peppers were just that....canned...or jarred..whatever. Not fresh made. So, as much as I enjoy free stuff, I like free stuff thats good. I'd pass on the antipasto next time.
There were 8 of us so we tried a bunch of stuff. I really enjoyed the eggplant rolatini, that was so good. The calmari were OK, but I didn't think the meatballs were great the way people raved about them. I ordered the fruit de mare pasta dish. It was alright. I'd try something else next time if I decided to come back. We had a couple of bottles of the sangria (half price during happy hour), and we enjoyed that.
I'm a HUGE fan of eggplant rolatini, and theirs was good, so if I did come back, it would be for that. Service was alright. Cost was what you'd expect for Summerlin. Oh, be mindful of prices. They differ from menu to menu.
