  • I just moved here from California and had a set move in date for this weekend in Seven Apartments, but due to construction delays, the apartment I held was put off by a few weeks. Though normal for a developing apartment, my parents had already booked non refundable plane tickets to come out here to help move me in and I didn't have the funds to pay for another storage unit, cancel the moving truck, nor means to couch hop for 3 more weeks. After work I dropped by and they were more than helpful with my situation and getting me into a new apartment. They went above and beyond trying to get me a place for before my parents got here. The showed me the alternative apartment that I would be put in that was in a similar location to where I would have been so I switched no problem (these apartments are just beautiful). They honored the price and helped with some of my pet fee due to the inconvenience. I was shocked! The management as well as the owner were more than helpful in getting me re-situated to move in on time. I have had a great experience with management and the owner, this place has made the transition easier than I had anticipated! Also, they put me in contact with David Jaronik, who is their go to rep for Cox, and he set me up with an amazing deal to get cable and internet for cheap. Overall, great experience with Seven Apartments!
