  • I will NOT be going going back to Sienna Nails and I would definitely not recommend them. Myself, along with two friends called ahead of time to schedule an mani/pedi. When we got there, we were immediately rushed the entire time. There were several drop ins while we were there and even though the place was full and employee was busy with current customers, the staff continued to accept the new business and tried to multitask more than one customer at a time. I was moved to different chairs three times while trying to get my nails done. I was also passed to two different staff members during this time as they tried to accommodate the drop ins versus myself and two friends who had booked ahead. When I finally had someone sit down to do my gel manicure, she was extremely rushed and took no time to make sure that she did a good job. My nails were done in about 5 minutes and I pushed out of my seat so that they could take new business. I ended up removing the excess nail polish myself at home, since she did not bother to touch up/clean the nail polish that was on fingers, versus my actual nails. Even though this nail place is within one mile of where I live, I will not be going back anytime soon. If you are looking for a place that does quality work, do not go to Sienna Nails.
