  • The woman who owns this business is beyond rude and unprofessional; she is downright nasty. Before my daughter and her roommate even moved into an apt managed by Newman, Brenda sent us a slew of nasty threatening messages to "get that guy out of my property" (HER property?) because she had forgotten that we had already sent her his application and app fee. There is a $75 deductible you have to pay for any repair not reported the first week, so you're stuck paying for property repairs such as stopped up toilet, broken fridge, broken garbage disposal etc whose malfunctions don't manifest til after the first week. Also, they will charge you $50 to replace a lost key even though they have a key machine in their office so it costs them like $1. The office help looks like he's on parole ... Falling down pants, backwards baseball cap, tattoos, etc. I'm all for expressing yourself and rehabilitating people who have served time BUT PULL UP YOUR DAMNED PANTS.
