  • I was getting frustrated with my stylist that I had been going to for almost four years. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and being overcharged for the services I was getting and even though I am loyal to a fault, the last time I had my hair done, I left very unhappy. Rather than rock that boat I decided maybe a change was in order, so I met with Crystal and she fixed a good deal of the color problems I was having with my hair. The thing I liked the most about Crystal was her directness. She didn't beat around the bush about what she thought needed to be done to make my color better, and I liked the way the color turned out a lot so I let her have her way with the hair cut....I can tell the cut is very good, although a little too short for my taste, but hey, its only hair and it will grow back soon...we can work on that next time because I will definitely be back....going to get my Mom in to see her too as soon as I can.
