Zero stars the nurses just yes you to death and nothing gets done. Case and social work staff say that I will look into it and never come back. It took my roommate close to 2 hours to get her pain medication, everybody she asked said that they would tell the med nurse and nothing happens. I was kept out of the loop on my care and doctor would consistently talk over me and interrupt me if I was trying to say something he did not want to hear, had the attitude of I am man, I am doctor, I am god, what you have to say is not important. I had spasms in my back and leg, it took him 2 days to show up. That was when he was able to fit me in. I was released yesterday unable to use a cane with leg still to weak to support weight and my apartment to small to safely manage a walker in so left with no equipment hopping on one foot. They did not report to insurance company that a walker would not work in my apartment, just what wonderful progress I was making so insurance had no real clue and would not extend stay. Takes nursing staff a average of 30 minutes or more to answer bells. Physical therapy staff is good when they have time to get to you. They are usually working with up to 4 patients at one time and spent most of my time waiting for them to get back to me.
