I just drove 3000 miles a few days ago by myself to Phoenix from Boston.
Scary huh?
Well try being in a new place and having your alternator belt fall off.
Luckily these guys [were the first option on google maps lol] took care of me. It felt like they had been my personal mechanics for years. They gave my car immediate attention so that I wasn't stranded 20 miles from east Mesa.
Joe looked at my car. Joe is now my mechanic as long as a live here. Seeing someone new in distress, he did everything he could as an employee and as a person to make me calm being in a horrific situation. The guy bought me lunch seeing as I was low on money from the move. I mean seriously. He assured me management would come through and make sure I would be taken care of.
As far as my car, he gave a quick and precise diagnoses of my cars woes. He talked me out of a half fix which could have had me back on the side of the road by tomorrow. Any other mechanic would had let me leave and destroy my engine so that they could have another job for next week. These dude; everyone who worked there really cared. I was there for hours, and we made a personal and business connection. I trust them with my car; unlike the last mechanic who cause these malfunctions in the first place. STRONGLY recommend them for your European vehicles.
