  • I love aquariums, and have been to some of the best on the planet from Monterrey to Monte Carlo. This aquarium is up there with the best and is an absolute 'go see'. The entry fee is expensive, but it did cost a fortune to build and you will not be disappointed. However I think it was a mistake to charge children under 8, and they should raise the adult charge to over 16. Most aquariums are just look and learn, this one is that plus is very interactive. They have catered so well for young children and I cannot wait to take my own grandchildren there. I read some negative reviews here. Be patient, the staff are still on a learning curve, and if you can get round in two hours you have missed most of the experience. There are a few things that could have been done better from a technical point with a couple of the tanks, but bottom line is they got a million things right. There are so many great things to see and do in Toronto, but this one has to be near the top.
