rev:text	Headline: Expensive, but the pizza is good @WolfgangBuzz does well in Vegas. Postrio is in the heart of the venetian - second floor (where the canal is) and right on St. Marks Square. You can sit "outside" if you want, and it certainly adds to the atmosphere. Inside is a sleek modern dining room that doesn't detract from the charm of this place. The music was a little too loud for my taste, but this is Las Vegas, after all. Service was ok - slow to the point where I was looking for people, but not so slow that I was looking for a way out. I definitely felt neglected though. Let's talk food. I had pizza - after all, it's what Wolfgang Puck is known for, and it didn't disappoint. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked. The tomato sauce was to die for - I'd love to know where they get their tomatoes because it actually tasted like tomatoes. The toppings were delicious - mine was a collection of various meats together with mushrooms, chilis and onions. I wish whoever was cleaning the chilis was a little more careful - one of mine had the seeds and membrane and almost blew my palate. Since we were having such a convivial evening, we decided to order dessert. A word of warning (and I wish the waiter had warned us prior to ordering) - the "Pucks Pies" take a while to bake as they are made fresh - expect a 15-ish minute wait. I ordered the peach melba pie - really good. I wish I could have had a warm custard option instead of the ice cream, which was nothing special. The crumble topping was delicious and the pie came out nice and warm. Definitely recommended place.
