You seem reasonable, however your staff reflects the complete opposite of this. I left your business with more things wrong with my car than I had when I arrived. Furthermore, there is no admittance of a mistake with my car, despite my coolant now being blue rather than green (as it was originally) and my oil grade being different than what my car accepts.
I have no reason to believe that your business is capable of fixing my car. I have no reason to believe that your employees will treat me respectfully. I have no reason to return to your business.
