  • I had a horrible experience in the Brooklyn location that I was ready to give up on the gym completely. I value money so when I put money into a company it has to be a company that respects n values their member / customer. The day I signed up I felt uncomfortable; I felt the negative energy with this guy. Anyway after a horrible argument with the employee I told my best friend we will not return bc we were treated like trash (maybe it was the way we were dressed the day we signed up idk). My best friend loves the gym so before canceling we went and tried out westlake location and it was great. The moment we walked in the gym we fell in love with the layout and people. Dimitris was awesome he gave us additional information on what the gym offers; I didn't ask for help dimitris noticed new faces. Also Dimitris offered an assessment; which was not offered at the other location. He was very helpful n informative. Dimitris honestly made us feel comfortable and proud to join the la fitness family. We decided to stay members but avoiding the Brooklyn location. The westlake location atmosphere is energetic and positive. Love it.
