  • First, despite the other reviews I thought the staff was excellent! I bought a pair of glasses and found the staff on top of everything with regards to selection, ordering and pickup. Not sure why other reviews have been bad. Second, I do think Kayla G's review that says "she only likes to work with medical offices with the best of service" is the most entitled attitude I have seen. Unless she is paying CASH for services, she should expect mediocre service since that all that insurance plans pay for these days. Get a reality check Kayla...
