11:15 on a Monday morning. ONE teller. The branch manager is walking around asking what your banking business is in a loud voice so that the whole line can hear what you are doing. AND, she's telling people that she wants to upload the app to their phone. Very irritating.
I asked the teller if everyone called in sick, and she informed me that one more person was expected. So, WARNING: they only schedule two tellers during the lunch rush.
I won't come back unless I have to.
