Like most people, I was lured in by a cheaper price than you would get from one of the larger moving companies. We were doing a cross country move and got a much lower estimate than other companies had quoted us. The trouble began with the delivery, I was told by the guy in charge during the loading that everything could be paid for by credit card but when I called to pay for the delivery I was told it had to be cash or postal money order. This is going to cause my family a real financial hardship as we did not expect to pay the balance in cash. Then I was told by the driver he would deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of next week, thinking I had about a week before my things arrived (which would have been days after the promised delivery date) I went out of state to work. Then the driver calls me almost a week earlier to tell me he will be here tomorrow forcing me to cancel my work plans and drive 3 hours back to the apartment to receive my stuff. I was also told we could schedule delivery on a weekend so neither my wife or I would miss work then was told that they couldn't guarantee any certain day. It's a shame because I was so happy with the price and the way my furniture was handled in Las Vegas I couldn't wait to write a great review on this company. When I called them to ask what they could do for me because the original delivery date promised was going to be 4 or 5 days late they offered nothing.
