  • Writing this as I'm donating.. the woman who tested my blood was extremely unprofessional. (Door #8 on 03/29).She was talking to workers the entire time and she didn't disclose any of my information to me like my weight or blood pressure. She also did not have a nametag or name visible on her clear mask. Ive been to other locations and they disclose all my information to me and let me know where I stand in the protein range and blood pressure range. It also is a lot faster when I go to others because they aren't joking around the entire time. When she checked my arms she thought I had bruises so I had to wait for the doctor to come out and check. She quickly said no because I obviously didn't have anything and wasted more time. She had also disclosed that she had taken four aleves and they weren't working but she already seemed out of it. The rest of the staff is usually okay and I don't think this review reflects how I feel about them. It is extremely slow here also despite having more beds/employees. Go to the plasma center in Gilbert it's a lot better.
