  • Went here to get my rear end fixed under warranty. After a week of taking it to get fixed the car was making a howling noise on deceleration. After asking them about this concern I was told this is "normal" and that they did not do anything wrong and will not look at it. The service writer Carlos, and the foreman (can't remember his name) was very nice to me. But the manager of the service department Keith, and the head mechanic (can't remember his name) were very rude when I brought my car back. They proceeded to yell at me and if I wanted it fixed to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you want some service done on your car don't waste your time and come here as obviously they do not know what they are doing and will treat you like an idiot!
