As a Marriott platinum member, I am disappointed and sorry that this property is allowed to continue it's franchise under the Marriott name.
I checked in 2 nights ago and was asked if I was willing to forgo housekeeping for extra points and politely declined. I am going on my third night without the room be serviced by housekeeping! I stopped by the front desk to share my utter disappointment and dismay 2 days in a row... only to be apologized with no action taken.
To add insult to injury, I have ants in my room and the glass shower stall is dirty. This is an unadulterated and qualified dump!
Bill Marriott you good name and reputation is being soiled by this property. Quality control, get in here and get things sorted out!
Stay away if you have a choice. As consumers, we vote with our wallets. Let's vote and make it clear to the owners this is no way to run a Marriott property!!
