  • Rented from them for a couple of years. Impossible to get maintenance done. Did not have much understanding when I went unemployed, and did not allow me to do a "walk around" with them when I was forced to move. In the end they tacked on thousands of dollars of fees in a addition to a month's rent I was willing to pay. Fined me for a house I left in good condition with reasonable wear and tear.
