  • Walked into Boot Barn, which was recommended to me be a friend. I knew it was legit by the country music playing and the smell of leather. Buffie Jo asked if I needed some help. I said, "I've been wanting real cowboy boots for years. Today is the day! Tell me everything I need to know, and this is my price range!" What a great education I got. She personally selected various pairs for me, asked my preferences and whittled it down for me. I learned about how to properly put them on, take them off, and care for them with conditioners. I understand how they should fit today and how they will adjust. She was patient, honest, super knowledgeable, picked up on my style rather quickly. I'm looking forward to my next pair.
