  • We bought a really expensive kitchen (50K) and a cheaper kitchen (6). Both were not good. The 6K one had problems. Pro Source said they would replace it but then they went back on that sent a few doors and that was it. Cheap cheap Chinese kitchen made of particle wood. They had margin in there to help me but they chose not to. The 50k one is made out of horrible wood. The hardware doesnt close all that well. There is no wood on some edges. The doors feel like they are made out of Balsa wood (really light). The kitchen came in warped. We did about 60 k with pro source and we will never be back. Dont be fooled by the beautiful displays and the prices. You are not getting any sort of a deal. None! If I could do it all over again I would go to Home Depot for KraftMaid, I would go to cabinets and more maybe. If you go to pro source you might end up like me. In trouble. They let me down and cost me a fortune!
