  • Echoing some of the previous comments. Clearly the management doesn't care if customers have a good experience. Equipment is often broken. Bringing this up with employees results in little-if-any action. I also had issues leaving. I was transferred out of state and tried to cancel my membership, but was informed that was impossible. If I ever move back to Madison, I won't be going here. I have never heard of such crooked policies. Glad you guys made a quick buck, it might be your last. Location was convenient for me and I liked the 24hr open doors.
