First appointment was set between 2pm and 4pm. They called at 5pm and told us that they would be able to leave for our appointment in 45 minutes. After about an hour and 45 minutes, we received a message that they were "en route," but they never came.
For the second appointment, they were only 30 minutes late, but lacking real professional equipment. The technician tried to clean out upholstery the best he could. He was also very friendly. However, the sofa and loveseat looked only marginally better when he was done.
