| - Many come to Vegas for the clubs, the casinos, the "naughty naughty" cards off the strip, the palpable indoor cigarette smoke, the shows, or the decriminalized public intoxication and/or prostitution. I come for the Niu Rou Mien at Noodle Asia. Yes, you heard me. I come to Vegas for a hot steamy bowl of chewy noodles, tender chunks of beef, and a deep, dark, bold, spicy broth.
While yes, at $13.95 for a bowl of Taiwanese soup is quite steep and may leave many wondering where the "happy ending" went; but, rest assured, the happy ending came. And yes, it came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. What if Niu Rou Mien, perhaps, means a little bit more?
In addition, the Red Won Tons tossed in Szechwan Hung Yao chili and garlic sauce are really good too.
A bowl of Niu Rou Mien is how I do Vegas... and, how the Grinch does Christmas!
