DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE...
Let me start by saying the staff is super nice just not good at what they do! I brought my Audi in here after being rear ended in July, I had some damage to the trunk and rear bumper that needed to be fixed nothing major just a new trunk lid and some paint. It took them 27 I repeat 27 DAYS TO GET MY CAR BACK!! The first week I was told that the car would be done in a few days that they had already ordered a new trunk and it was to be finished by Friday. That Friday I called them back and asked when I could pick it up. They informed me that It wasn't done yet and that they were not going to fix the bumper because Allstate had not included it in the quote.
Confused, I asked what the deal was and how I needed to solve this they said that they would request a field adjuster from Allstate to come out and determine if the bumper would be fixed and that they had 48 hrs to do so. Fast forward to the following Wednesday I called back and they said the car was just sitting and that no one from Allstate had come out. Granted this is not on the body shop this is on Allstate doing a poor job as well. It took Allstate a full week to come out to do a field adjustment (Again not the shops fault). They come out finally and determine that no they wont be fixing the bumper and only fixing the trunk, at this point I was so fed up I said fine I just need my car back. So now 2 and a half weeks in they are just starting to repair my vehicle, they said on that Thursday that it would be completed the next Monday ready for pick up. I call back Monday and surprise still not done, in fact they had the nerve to tell me that they hadn't started yet and weren't sure where my car even was. They said it wouldn't be ready for a while because there were 19 cars in front of mine to go into paint, wouldn't you think my car should be at the front after all this is the 3rd week they had my car. Pissed off I said fine get it done I need a car (Insurance wouldn't pay for a rental even though I was 0% at fault) I had been bumming rides and paying for uber out of pocket.
At this point I stated calling back everyday (I have been the only one making contact, they called me only twice to give updates I am paying someone to do their my job myself). After I called back the next day I was told that they had still not ordered a trunk, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Finally after non stop 3 calls a day pestering them I got the call that my car was done and I could come get it the next day.
I arrive to pick it up to find that they did some of the worst work i have ever seen I don't even know how they're in business. The paint had drips in it miraculously the tail lights now don't work (they did before I brought it in I checked) and worst of all the trunk had a gap in it that was so big I could almost stick my hand into my trunk while it was closed. I refused to pay for it spent an hour trying to contact allstate called my adjusted 37 times in a row until he answered. AZ collision specialist stated that it was going to need to be repaired separately and i would have to start a whole new claim (I am a pretty clam person but not that day).

Took them 27 days to put a trunk on and do so horribly
They charged me $100 to put emblems on, I have no emblems on the trunk
They stole my phone cable from my car and they admitted to having a photo of the cable in the car prior to working on it.
And they have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
My car is still being repaired now by a different shop (Caliber collision) And let me tell you they are 1000x's better than Az Collision.
