  • I attended a focus group here which seemed to be run by a third party company but the receptionists were friendly and efficient and the building was very clean and modern. I have been to a few focus groups before and they have been run by very bland people in bland environments, doesn't really get your mind into the mood for discussions. They had a nice serving of coffee's, teas and sandwiches (since it was at dinner time) which was more then the usual cookie plate. The conference room has the typical double sided glass wall so people can watch from the other side and cameras and microphones but it doesn't feel like an interrogation room or like you are on display. I would definitely attend more focus groups here if invited.
