So it took 90 min to get our order of boneless chicken bites... Was told the closing shift isn't as good. Therefore management needs to get their employees in line or switch jobs. These chicken pieces, previously breaded and frozen from Sysco (probably) shouldn't have taken that long. Not to mention there we 4 tables!!!!! Four! Had it not been for my kind server I would've left. Manager didn't come out to apologize for the poor work flow in the kitchen, more than likely because he or she is the reason the kitchen is mismanaged.
