Shame on Verizon for taking advantage of my 70yr old Uncle!
Recently my mother-in-law began managing her brothers phone account and bills; as he was recently admitted into a care facility (he is physically incapable of caring for himself... not mentally).
Upon reviewing his account, she realized a sales associate added a $15/month add on to his account and guess what the add-on is- 'Track your Teenager'...
After speaking with my uncle we quickly realized he had no idea that was added & he never asked for such an add-on.
My mother-in-law then went into this Verizon location to discuss why such an add-on was placed on her brothers account.
Long story short, the sale associates basically told her to get lost... "no way to get him out of the add on" and there was no resolution nor answers.
Verizon has declined so much recently and their location associates have as well! BEWARE!
