If I could give this place a ZERO I would.
We recently purchased a new car and had our previous registration transferred over to the new car. The dealership used Airdrie Registry. After we got the new car we went to complete and ensure everything was in order at our local registry. That's when we found out that our previous registration shouldn't have been transferred but rather renewed. I understand that should be on us for not checking. Having said that, when I called to ask Airdrie Registry what could be done about this, the representative stated that even if they would have noticed that our registration would be expiring in a few days she would still go ahead and just transfer instead of renew our registration because she is just following the instructions from the car dealership. That's what really threw me off. If you saw an error why would you continue to process an error? Why wouldn't you at least question it? It's like saying, if you were going in for surgery and you noticed the surgeon marked the wrong knee would you just let the surgeon continue with the surgery or ask the surgeon why s/he marked the wrong knee?
If Airdrie Registry is to stay in business I would suggest training the employees to have minds of their own.
