  • After reading business owner Victoria's reply about my Review of her Salon I feel that as a customer I was doing the public a service as to warning them about shady businesses like Beautify. The owner should review her Yelp reservation system because she's putting her foot in her mouth by saying that I'm ripping anybody off. It's in black and white the services I asked for and the price it would be. A root touch up, partial highlight and cut 190.00 + 20% off. They quoted me 120.00 on the phone maybe a little more depending on the length of my hair and my hair is not that long. After getting to the counter they tell me it's 390.00. Who's ripping who off? Secondly the money is really not the issue, even though they did lie about the cost. Victoria the business owner is listening to her stylists fabricated defense about what transpired, Victoria was not present. I believe her stylist Racheal is inexperienced and is trying to save face with her boss. Let's just say at 390.00 I should of at least gotten a head massage, I did not! After getting home and seeing the real damage I realized I got breakage, over processed and highlights that were not toned. That's why I asked for a refund and I think that's why she gave it to me too, I saw the look on her face at the counter when she looked at my hair. So ripping anybody off, I don't think so.! I'm also posting pictures of my hair and a screenshot of the reservation conversation showing what I was quoted and you can all be the judge. I'm tired of not getting the service and being ripped off by businesses in this town. BTW im getting it fixed tonight at 5 and I will post pics of the fix. Sincerely, Susan
