  • On a tough travel day (that included a cancelled flight), Bill the Shuttle Driver was warm, kind and a bright spot in the day. Thank you. Again, due to the tough travel day and super late hour, being given a warm chocolate chip cookie when I was all checked-in. Good for the soul. Thank you. I was in the hotel for less than 8 hours. I can say the bed swallowed me into a brief sleep before an EARLY wake-up call for my rescheduled flight. The shower was forceful -- which was just what I needed. There were signs in the reception area related to all the weddings that the hotel hosts. At the very least, I appreciate the patience, warm welcome, and care for my tired self.
