I have been here on two occasions within the last week and is scheduled for more till the end of September. First off, this was done through referral from another optometrist.
Upon entering, the place is spacious and clean and staff are easily identifiable by the navy blue scrubs they wear. Doctors are business casual clothing and adorn a lanyard with name tag.
To check-in, you must have you health card. First time patients, you are required to fill out a Client History Form, it was pretty self explanatory.
As for the wait time. Yes, there is a wait time. But you are notified of this ahead of time. The reason being is for clients that are diabetic or have other medical concerns that require food or pills at a certain time. I know this for a fact as I asked the receptionist at the front.
I've now had two positive experiences here. The Doctor that was seen was informative, knowledgeable and provided all details regarding the next set of appointments and procedures.
I can't complain about the service I received. My only issue was that they were about 15-20 minutes behind on specific eye tests, that could be due to over booking or group booking. Either way, it was not a huge dent in my day, but it would be a recommendation for them to remedy.
