  • Complete incompetence! I need Saturday appointments and they would not take x-rays and clean my teeth on the same day. Instead, they took the x-rays then scheduled me for 6 weeks later for the cleaning (which is what I originally went to them for). 2 days before the cleaning appointment, they called to reschedule me for 3 more weeks later because they wouldn't be available that Saturday. I told them to cancel the appointment all together. 3 weeks later I get a phone call that they need to reschedule my appointment because they wouldn't be there on Saturday AGAIN (the appointment they were supposed to have cancelled). GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!
