  • We bought a decent set of tires at this location a year ago. To keep up with the warranty I have them rotated every 5k miles, along with an oil change. So last Saturday I called and waited on hold for five minutes to schedule an appointment for Monday for a tire rotation and oil change. On Monday I showed up five minutes early. The store lobby was filthy. The tech at the counter said it'd be 30-40 minutes so I went to grab a bite. Returning 50 minutes later my car had not even been moved. It was another 25 minutes before my car was pulled into the bay. It was fully two hours and six minutes passed my appointment time when i finally drove away. And this was without my tire rotation because the counter got told the guy working on time car to rush it. I had too many other things to do that I was now late for to fight about it. I probably will just forgo the rest of my tire warranty and go back to Midas. The only reason this is two stars is that the Big O staff is always very nice. Just wished they also got done the things I needed done.
