When you come to Toronto, missing the tower is pretty much impossible. Having only gone there once, I wouldn't go again. Not because the experience was bad, but because there is only so much you can do. Me and my family bought our tickets, went up the elevator and paid a little extra to go to the Skypod (The highest point we can go). We had to wait in lines quite a few times and it did get tiring once we were up there. The elevator made my little cousin terrified as it makes a really loud noise and will make you pop your ears constantly due to that. But once you get to the top, the view is just AMAZING. I especially recommend waiting or going during the evening as seeing the sun set on the tower is a breath taking experience. You can see for miles and get an excellent overview of Toronto and beyond. There is also a glass floor but it is usually crowded by small children although it's nice to see them having fun. My cousin was too scared but it's a really cool experience in which you can see all the way below down to the pavement. The tower was really nice to go to, but got a bit boring as it is mostly walking and seeing. There are activities such as the SkyWalk but you can't really do that with a family (nor would they want to). Overall, the views are beautiful and I do recommend going to this tourist attraction although some of the food is pricey (we would expect that). So go here, experience what it has to offer, and have fun!
