  • I got a great impression of this place from its website and that is why I chose to try it out since I am new to the area. I booked a color with partial highlight and womens cut. First of all, I was not told that I would have to come in and sit through a 30 minute "consultation" about my hair which pretty much consisted of a sales demonstration of their entire product line (this after I waited 20 minutes for my hairdresser to pick me up from the waiting area). She was a nice girl but she clearly lacked experience and most definately did not live up to her $50 a haircut price tag. I told her that I wanted very SUBTLE, barely noticeable highlights like the ones I currently had (I have dark brown hair) and I ended up with BLOND highlights that look like I did them myself out of a box. Four hours and almost $200 later, I left very disappointed. I will never go back.
