rev:text	Well i been to Coventry Shoe & Leather Repair twice. The first time my experience was wonderful, i bought in 3 purses and he give me a really good rate. I picked them up a month later, i was very impress into the strap on one purse broke and i had to end up carring the purse around like a clutch for the \|{rest of the day. I end up bringing the purse back to him (it took a while) along with another one with the same situation, both purses handles need to be resew so the purse can be a working purse. I get there and it's the rudest lady ever. Well she say's " i have to talk to him" it was like night and day from the experience i received before. She had to talk to him about the previous repair on the purse that snapped. She also said well you have to leave something a deposit. So i left 10.00 dollars since the sign said no debit/cc transaction after 7/11.... WTF no debit/cc transaction even local thrift stores and low end stores take it. Anyway i left the money and expected a call from the man himself. I waited and he never called i got around to calling him later that day. He mentioned to me the work was done by the manufacturer (bcbg). I said no you completed the work last summer, but i just got around to wearing this purse in the spring. Never the less i let him work on the purse costing me addl 30.00 dollars to repair a already repaired strap and another purse that needed a new strap. Fast Foward today 6/26 Lately I have been saying let me go get my purses because i see them hanging up there for sale. I walked in the shop and it was busy, same mean lady working. Do you have your ticket ready? I was looking around for my ticket at the same time. Ohh nevermind i could have went back there once. i wanted to say lady you are at work!!! I found my ticket and she said "oh this an old item". I said yea it is AND very nasty tone... i have had enough, she came back with the purses and still complained about fixing the purse just last summer wearing it only once. She said well he said.. before i knew it i said is he here!! Yes he is!! I guess he didn't want to come out because he never came out. But i made sure he heard me saying and "This will be my last time here the service SUCKS!!" Just beware.... -
