  • This company got one star from me, but only because I couldn't go any lower. I bought the tour as an Amazon Local Deal and, by the way, Amazon has waaaaay more than made it right for me. But as to Spirit - STAY AWAY. After fumbling around on their website trying to get in touch with them, this company booked my original tour - which they then canceled on the day of the tour, but at least offering to reschedule. I rescheduled the tour and promptly arrived 20 minutes early, but no one ever showed up. We even tried calling their "emergency number" on our voucher which was just a voice message that sent us to a full mailbox where we could not leave a message. The next morning, I found an email in my inbox saying my tour had been cancelled. At 3:15 on the afternoon of the tour - when I was already on my way downtown! I tried to call them the next day using the phone number on their website and it wasn't even a correct number! Anyway, I don't have any comments on the actual tour itself because I never got a chance to take it. But I think it's pretty crappy that they cancelled me the second time and didn't even offer to reschedule, NOR did they offer me a refund or any excuse as to why my tour was cancelled. By the way, Amazon is no longer doing any business with this company either.
