  • In Feb 2014 we purchased a Samsung washing machine from Home Depot. Like any other major store they will push their "protection plan" down your throat in case anything happens you have the piece of mind that it will be fixed. I have now been without a washing machine for 8+ weeks (and have toddlers), having Home Depot's warranty company giving up on fixing the washer. First, Buy-Rites receptionist sat and talked trash about the 1st company Home Depot had sent out, saying they are not an authorized repairer of Samsung products and there is no way that they would ever be able to get any fixes approved by the warranty company. Buy-rite is the only approved Samsung repairer in the Las Vegas valley. Second, they misdiagnosed the issue with the washer, ordered parts that took 3 weeks to arrive, came an "installed" said parts, having their 2nd technician then tell me, that the 1st technician didnt order all the correct parts and it would be another 3+ weeks. Fast forward a month or so, we decide to contact another company to look at the washer on our own dime, the new companies tech said there are different parts (outside of the parts the 2nd technician said was needed). Since the technician had told me he replaced a "board", one of the parts the 3rd company stated needed to be replaced, I called to ask buy-rite what part was already replaced as their technician said he replaced something, and I heard him working on the washer. Buy-rite's RUDE receptionist that nothing was ever replaced, and since the ticket was closed out they are unable to look and see what was done, which I FIND VERY HARD TO BELIEVE with the technology and tracking we have this day in age. It looks like I am not the only one who fills this way based on the other reviews I have been reading. CAUTION TO ANYONE WHO CONTACTS BUY-RITE ON THEIR OWN ACCORD (WITHOUT BEING FORCED TO USE THEM FROM A WARRANTY COMPANY) STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CRAP AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
