  • Getting a car serviced here, a simple oil change with an appt, is an all day experience. They sold me a 4 oil change package that has already been paid for. So, I either lose my money or I lose an entire day for what shouldn't take more than an hour or so. Last time- 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. And they didn't even do a complementary car wash! When my package is completed, I'm out of here, if I ever get my car back...
